Docketing Specialist – LitigationAddison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Docketing Specialist to support litigation teams by managing court deadlines and maintaining accurate calendaring across multiple jurisdictions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with court rules and supporting attorneys with timely filings and case management.Minimum 3+ years of experience in litigation docketingHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience using docketing or calendaring software (CourtAlert preferred)Working knowledge of state and federal court rules and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectivelyComfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervisionProfessional communication skills across all levels of an organizationMaintain and update legal calendars with court dates, deadlines, and case-related eventsReview legal filings and documents to extract and verify critical deadlinesCoordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely submissionsValidate docket entries to ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirementsMonitor changes in court procedures and communicate updates as neededAssist with process improvements to enhance workflow efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple officesSupport department initiatives and complete special projects as assignedOpportunity to work with a highly regarded legal teamRemote flexibility within a structured scheduleCollaborative and supportive team environmentExposure to multi-state and federal litigation processesThis is a contract opportunity with an immediate start dateReports directly to the Docketing ManagerInterview process consists of a single phone interviewAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
