nProprioceptive Solutions LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our growing team in beautiful La Jolla, CA. nResponsibilities:
nEvaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and movement-related conditions
nDeliver hands-on physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education
nMonitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes
nEducate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies
nCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
nContribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture and support continuous quality improvement
nRequirements:
nDoctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
nActive or eligible California Physical Therapy license
nExperience with proprioceptive training, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation preferred
nStrong manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education skills
nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities
nAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
nCommitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
