Document Control SpecialistAre you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills? As a Document Control Specialist, you will oversee the processing and reproduction of construction documents, ensuring accuracy and timely release.Bring your diverse ideas to build stronger, more resilient communities.Apply now and transform your career with us.What You Will Be DoingCompletes and processes all incoming and outgoing documents in the document control database, including electronic logging, scanning, distribution and storage needs.Maintains and distributes daily Project Read Files.Files and stores physical documents, including paper, manuals, books, photos, videos, and digital media in the project files.Establishes and maintains a listing of all materials stored in the Project Library.Maintains project File Index, files and library.Monitors Primavera program for compliance to procedures and requirements of the project and the company.Assists with internal audits and inspections to ensure department work is performed accurately, efficiently and with cost control.What We Are Looking ForAssociate's degree preferred.3+ years' experience in a related field required.Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Primavera Contract ManagerWhy Work For UsSome of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are:Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off programIndustry leading 401(k)/RRSPMedical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial MedicalWellness benefits & Employee Assistance ProgramTuition Reimbursement ProgramWe are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.Salary MinUSD $25.00/Hr.Salary MaxUSD $28.00/Hr.
