Job TitleLocation: 5325 Old Oxford Road, Durham, NC 27712Excel spreadsheet population • Calling vendors; follow-up on spare parts orders • Obtaining information, tracking multiple pieces of information • Organization; attention to detailQualificationsEducation- High school diploma or equivalent required/ Degree preferred. Required- Microsoft office with Excel (pivot tables, create reports). 1-2+ yrs. experience in Pharma/GMP environment required. Heavily preferred-Vendor management experience, project management (interacting with other areas) experience, Organization skills (documentation, reports). Heavily Preferred- SAP experience. Prior experience in spare parts/inventory management a huge plusResponsibilitiesProperly format and setup fields in excel for submission into SAP. Follow up with ADG Global for creation or extension of materials numbers. Follow up with GES/skid vendor for more information on parts. Track progress of parts and shipping details (include size). Daily touchpoint with Vallen for parts updates. Weekly reports on the status of the parts. Receiving process for parts and storage. Typical day would include working between MRO and DS4 maintenance teams- tracking all the spare parts for the projects. Entering info into SAP, talking with vendors, getting quotes, tracking progress, tracking orders, coordinating storage.Comments/Special InstructionsPersonality type- Someone who is an extrovert. Not afraid to reach out to the team for questions/follow up. Someone with drive to get results culture- Collaborative. Will assist 2 departments/teams (DS4 Maintenance and MRO group)
