Document Control Analyst
Your work environment at EXP In this role you will be part of the infrastructure group in the Northeast market. We are an entrepreneurial, multidisciplinary firm of approximately 5,000 professionals across North America with a history of successfully delivering some of the most complex infrastructure projects. We are currently looking to grow and enhance our transit, rail control systems, structural, roadway, and tunneling practices.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
Coordinates the electronic, printing, and/or distribution process for engineering drawings and documents.
Performs basic system maintenance and access requests.
Maintains a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
Organizes and sets up new projects with approved directories with appropriate security levels.
Works with Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and Engineering teams to structure document and submittal logs with the proper reviewers/approvers and due dates.
Monitors and follows up on past‑due document and submittal deliverables; produces weekly and monthly information/document management reports; performs other administrative functions as required.
What your experience looks like
Quality control of own work.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to perform assigned responsibilities with minimal to moderate supervision.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in document control applications required.
Intermediate level proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel required.
Experience in SharePoint, Wrench, Aconex desirable.
Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $50,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may differ in other locations due to variations in cost of labor.
