The candidate best suited for the position will have excellent communication, attention to detail, punctuality, and organization. Someone who is self-motivated, goal oriented, positive and has a great attitude. A clean driving record and current driver's license is required.Key ResponsibilitiesFile documents Scan large quantities of paperworkReceive, open and sort mailData entry Maintains quality service by following organization standardsMust be able to perform repetitive tasks with concentrationMust be able to thrive in a fast paced and demanding work environmentMinimum Qualifications and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least one year of experience as a Document Control Specialist, Audit support or related fieldAutomotive Industry knowledge is a plusMust be creative and able to offer suggestions in how to achieve desired resultsAbility to learn new technologies quicklyMust be a team player, self-motivated, and career oriented, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the companyMaintain an awareness of business-related trends in the industryProven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needsAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and in writingCompensation -The hourly rate range for this position is: $18 - $22The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.At Vitu, our engaged workforce is the key to our success.
