Document Processing AssociateOnsite - Plano, TXSchedule: Monday - SaturdayHours: Start time is 6:00 am. End times may vary based on daily workload, offering flexibility throughout the week.Pay: $16.00/hour during paid training while you build confidence and skills. Then move to piece-rate pay, where productivity can increase your earning potential, which may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Document Processing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and sorting all mail and place into appropriate batch class. This position requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Sorts, imaging, documents, files, and archives by form typeReceives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processingIdentify documents and their purposeClassifies documents based on contract requirementsCaptures information based on the client’s requirementsFollow mailroom security procedures and all company proceduresQualifications & Skills:High School Diploma/GEDRequired to lift up to 50lbs + bags of mailAbility to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skillsAbility to communicate and work closely with teamAbility to sit or stand for long periods of timeAbility to effectively work individually and in a team environmentExcellent organization and multi-tasking skillsStrong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accuratelyWhat We Offer:Paid TrainingCareer Growth OpportunitiesFull Benefit OptionsGreat Work EnvironmentJoin UsAre you seeking an opportunity to make a real impact on a company that appreciates ideas and new ways of thinking? For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time.
