Document Processing AssociateMidway Staffing is hiring dependable and detail-oriented Records Center Scanner / Document Processing Associates for a large-scale document conversion project in Redlands, CA. This position involves retrieving records, preparing documents for scanning, operating scanning equipment, and maintaining document integrity throughout the digitization process. Candidates must be comfortable working in a records center environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.Planned Start Date: September 2026Location: Santa Ana, CASchedule: Evening Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 PM – 2:30 AMPay Rate: $25.00/hr Temp-to-Hire OpportunityDuties: Retrieve files and records from storage shelves Prepare documents for scanning and digitization Operate document scanning equipment Verify scanned images for quality and completeness Organize and return files to designated locations Maintain document integrity and confidentiality Follow document retention and records management procedures Meet established productivity and quality standards Perform general document handling and processing tasks as assignedRequirements: Previous warehouse, records management, scanning, clerical, or administrative experience preferred Comfortable using scanners and computer systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Comfortable retrieving files from shelving up to approximately 7 feet high Ability to lift and move boxes and files as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethicDress Code: Business casual or warehouse-appropriate attire No leggings No sweatpants Closed-toe shoes requiredContact Information If you are interested, send your resume to We OfferMedical Dental Vision Life/AD&D InsuranceAbout Midway StaffingMidway Staffing is a dynamic and rapidly growing enterprise dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organizations.
