Client Order Coordinator (Document Processor)Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pmOn-SiteSpringfield, ILIf you've worked in the retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries, you know what it takes to keep customers happy and satisfied. You'll work directly with Client Service Representatives and vendors across the country. Particular services of this team includes researching and processing legal documents and conducting online research. Passionate about service quality, giving back to the community, and devoted to continuous improvement, CSC is the business behind business®Some of the things you'll be doing:Reviewing and processing legal documentsCompleting data entry of customer informationFulfilling customer orders with various jurisdictionsSending accurate results to customers in a timely mannerProblem solving issues related to customers and documentationProvide excellent customer service to internal and external customersElectronic filing and retrieval of documentsWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailStrong comprehension and critical thinking skillsSuperb organizational and time management skillsAbility to navigate quickly across multiple systemsStrong computer skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Transactional or administrative experience (reviewing and evaluating documents)Business to Business Customer Service ExperienceLegal Compliance experienceProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAt CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $40,000-45,000.
