Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive tasks? We're looking for a
Document Scanner / Document Prep Associate
to join a growing team that helps convert paper records into digital files.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys focused, independent work and takes pride in accuracy.
What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing paper documents for scanning
Removing staples, paper clips, sticky notes, and other attachments
Organizing and sorting files
Ensuring documents are properly prepared and in the correct order
Maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the scanning process
Lifting and moving boxes of documents (up to 35 lbs. occasionally)
Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow processes and instructions
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed
Previous warehouse, production, data entry, clerical, or document management experience is a plus, but not required

This job will pay a range of $17.50 - $21.00 per hour.
