Now Hiring: Document Services SpecialistLocation: Olympia, WA | Industry: Corporate Document Research & Filing ServicesEmployment Type: Evaluation-to-HireSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | No WeekendsPay: $20.00/hrAbout the JobExpress Employment Professionals is partnering with an established corporate document research and filing services company in Olympia, WA, to fill a Document Services Specialist position. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed administrative work, research, and working independently to see requests through from start to finish.In this role, you will help connect clients with state agencies and courts by researching, preparing, filing, retrieving, and tracking important business and legal documents. The work includes corporate filings, business entity research, public records, certified documents, and other compliance-related requests.This is a long-term Evaluation-to-Hire opportunity with predictable Monday through Friday hours and no weekend or late-night work. Compensation is $20.00/hr.Key Responsibilities:• Process and track client orders for corporate document research, retrieval, and filing services• Prepare and submit basic corporate filings, business formations, and other entity-related documents by following established procedures• Assist with entity formations, foreign qualifications, UCC filings, and other corporate filing requests• Conduct business entity and public-record research using online state agency portals and other resources• Retrieve Certificates of Good Standing, certified copies, and other official corporate documents• Work with agencies such as the Washington Secretary of State, Department of Licensing, local courts, and other government offices• Make local courthouse and state agency runs to hand-deliver, file, and retrieve physical documents• Scan, log, organize, and track returned filings and documents• Carefully proofread documents and verify information to identify errors or missing information before submission• Communicate with customers regarding requests, orders, and status updates• Assist with title reports, property searches, and other research requests as needed• Receive and appropriately route documents related to registered agent services• Track multiple active requests and follow through to completion• Assist with incoming mail, office supplies, and other administrative responsibilities as neededWhat You Bring:• Previous administrative, office, customer service, document processing, or research experience required• Corporate filing or compliance experience is a plus, but not required• Experience in a law firm, accounting firm, title or real estate office, financial services company, corporate registry, government agency, or other document-heavy environment is a plus• Experience using online government or corporate registration portals is helpful• Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple requests and deadlines• Dependable and reliable with strong follow-through• Comfortable following established step-by-step procedures and learning new filing requirements• Professional written and verbal communication skills• Strong customer service skills• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team• Comfortable working in a 100% in-office position• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required for local courthouse and state agency runsReady to Apply?
