XTEND is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director in Tampa, FL, to lead growth in the US Department of Defense (DoD) market. This role focuses on market creation, strategic partnerships, and aligning technology roadmaps with customer missions.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years in hardware sales within the DoD, and a Bachelor's Degree is required while an MBA is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
