Job description
Dogtopia is seeking a proactive General Manager in New Jersey to lead store operations, sales, and customer experience. You will manage a 10–20 person team, train staff, optimize staffing, and drive revenue while maintaining a high standard of dog welfare and safety.
You will oversee budgeting, cost controls, and KPI achievement, while modeling Servant Leadership and ensuring top-tier service for every dog and parent. This role requires strong communication, flexibility, and a passion for dogs.
