Job description
Legal Services of the Hudson Valley (LSHV) has an immediate opening for a full-time Staff Attorney to join our Domestic Violence/General Practice team in Goshen or Monticello, NY. You will represent crime victims and survivors in Family and Immigration matters, including Orders of Protection, Custody, Visitation, Child Support, and SIJS.
The ideal candidate is admitted to the NY State Bar (or admitted out-of-state with pro hac vice eligibility) and has 1+ years of litigation experience.
