Operating Partner
The Operating Partner leads a 43‑store franchise, managing a $1‑2 million business while driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee development. This leadership role requires sound judgment, business acumen, empathy, people management skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Managing Partner is accountable for all operations during shifts, including:
Cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations
Staffing, scheduling, and training of crew members
Store cleanliness, visual marketing, and image standards maintenance
Food safety, preparation, and waste management
Profitability monitoring and financial reporting
Enforcing all company policies and procedures with a 100% compliance standard

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should:
Have strong business sense and be capable of running a high‑volume franchise
Exhibit excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Demonstrate leadership and people‑management experience
Be proficient with basic math, cashiering, and inventory tools
Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with physical labor requirements
Physical Requirements
Stand for most of the shift, requiring ability to walk, crouch, squat, bend, and use stairs as needed
Handle product deliveries up to 50 pounds
Use hand‑eye coordination for dough shaping, pizza peel handling, and packaging
Additional Requirements
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
Require access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties
Must pass a Criminal Background Check
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company standards
