Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza will oversee all aspects of store operations, managing staff, maintaining inventory controls, ensuring cash procedures, providing quality customer relations, and meeting profitability goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, make sound ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality – taking orders and fielding customer concerns with a smile.
Operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment.
Prepare product to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Willingness to take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in or reach‑in cooler, and complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
Must possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and navigate diverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; must be able to make correct monetary change.
Comfortability utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle.
Physical Requirements
Daily tasks performed standing; majority of shift on feet.
Walking surfaces include ceramic tile/brick with linoleum; heights 36 to 48 inches.
Weight lifting up to 50 pounds for deliveries; occasional crouch, squat, or bend.
Hand‑eye coordination required for shaping dough, maneuvering peel and cutter, folding cardboard boxes.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
