Execution & Delivery: Take ownership of your domain without needing a playbook. Move from idea to execution with minimal oversight. Track delivery against your proposed plan and adapt as you learn.
Cross-Functional Impact: Act as a force multiplier across your chosen area. Collaborate with leadership and peer teams to integrate your work into the wider company mission. Build the systems and processes that enable you to scale your impact.
