Job description
Goodwill Greater New York and Northern New Jersey (GWNYNJ) is seeking an Attended Donation Center (ADC) Leader to drive operational excellence and support revenue growth at our ADC/Mini Shop location. This role ensures a welcoming, efficient, and mission-driven experience for donors and customers.
The ADC Leader will mentor the team, manage daily operations, maintain facility standards, and partner with Retail leadership to meet productivity, donation, and financial goals while controlling costs.
