Job description
The University at Buffalo is seeking an Assistant Director of Retention and Acquisition within Annual Giving to deepen donor engagement and inspire philanthropic support across the university. You will help develop strategies to acquire new donors, retain existing supporters, and demonstrate impact through personalized storytelling and multi-channel outreach.
The role requires analytical thinking, strong communication, and collaboration with teams across University Advancement.
