Job description
SunCoast Blood Centers seeks a seasoned senior leader to oversee Donor Services, Donor Recruitment, the Contact Center, and Concierge @Home programs. You will drive blood collection goals, align staffing and resources, and ensure operational readiness across fixed sites and mobile drives.
Strategic oversight of recruitment, 12‑month drive planning, and cross‑functional collaboration with Quality, IT, and facilities are critical to sustain donor engagement and performance.
