Door Manufacturing Team MemberRogue Valley Door is a leading manufacturer of high-quality doors, proudly serving a wide range of industries. Join our production team and be part of a company that values quality work and strong teamwork.As a Door Manufacturing Team Member, you will play a key role in the assembly, production, and quality control of our products. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Fridays: As neededStarting at $19.00/hour or higher, depending on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing equipment including saws, drills, and CNC machinesAssemble door panels, frames, and hardware componentsPerform quality inspections to ensure products meet specificationsMaintain equipment and contribute to a safe work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesFollow all safety guidelines and company policiesTroubleshoot and resolve production issues as they ariseQualificationsPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferred (door industry a plus)Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machineryKnowledge of workplace safety standards and proceduresHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityTeam-oriented mindset with good communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and work efficientlyFamiliarity with materials such as wood, veneer, and composites is a plusConsistent full-time schedule with 3-day weekends (most weeks) Competitive starting pay with growth potential Supportive team environment Opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skillsApply today and become part of a company that takes pride in building products that last.
