gpac is seeking a Door Shop General Manager in the Boulder, CO area to oversee an experienced carpentry/manufacturing crew and participate in sales activities. You will lead by example, set standards, and guide the team to meet goals while ensuring top notch customer service.
Strong planning and financial analysis are essential. The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing carpentry/manufacturing settings, with proven sales operation planning, P&L tracking, and staff leadership.
