Location: Mentor, OH
Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site
Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Door Support Specialist to support the Door Products Manager and assist the sales and operations teams. This is a newly created position that will help keep administrative processes, quoting support, lead management, and shipment coordination running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, working with multiple departments, and learning the operational side of a specialized industry. Prior-door industry experience is helpful but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Door Products Manager.
Assist with quoting for general contractors by reviewing drawings and identifying applicable equipment.
Manage and review sales leads in Salesforce and help assign leads to the appropriate sales team members.
Coordinate and track shipments.
Support the sales and operations teams with day-to-day needs.
Maintain accurate records and follow through on administrative tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate information.
Comfortable working with computer systems and business software.
Experience with Salesforce, Excel, or accounting systems is helpful.
Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Door, loading dock, or commercial equipment industry knowledge is a plus.
Reliable work history and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
