Renewal by Andersen of Eastern WA is looking for driven, energetic, and outgoing. Direct Marketing Associates who love connecting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Internally, this position is known as Direct Marketing and is part of our Non-Traditional Marketing team, a group focused on innovative, face-to-face ways of connecting with homeowners.
In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of a powerhouse brand- engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You'll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.
Compensation
Uncapped commissions + hourly base
Set hourly rate $20
Most team members average $25- $30 an hour
Top Performers average $35 - $40 per hour
Top performers exceed $100,000 a year!
Schedule
32.5 - 36 hours weekly
* Mon-Fri: 11AM - 6:00 PM

Reliable transportation
Ability to travel throughout your territory
Strong organizational skills

Confident, clear communication skills
Comfortable working outdoors
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
