Job description
Optimum, a leader in telecommunications, is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to grow residential and small business customers for internet, TV, mobile, and voice services. In this field-based role, you’ll prospect in assigned territories, conduct door-to-door outreach, qualify customer needs, and present tailored Optimum bundles. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, follow up on inquiries, and meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets. Success requires strong product knowledge, persuasive communication, accurate order entry, and a commitment to exceptional, customer-focused service in local communities.
