Flag Stars Inc is looking for a skilled Double-Needle Sewing Worker to join our production team in Jurupa Valley, CA. Responsibilities:
* Operate double-needle sewing machines to produce consistent, high-quality stitched products
* Set up, thread, and adjust double-needle machines for various fabric types and stitch specifications
* Inspect finished pieces for quality control, ensuring seams meet production standards
* Monitor machine performance and make minor mechanical adjustments as needed
* Follow production schedules to meet daily output and efficiency goals
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety guidelines
* Report equipment malfunctions or material defects to supervisors promptly
Requirements:
* Previous experience operating double-needle or industrial sewing machines preferred
* Ability to read and follow sewing patterns, diagrams, or work orders
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality stitchwork
* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in a production environment
* Basic mechanical aptitude for machine threading, tensioning, and adjustments
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
* Ability to meet production quotas in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
