Job description
Krispy Kreme is seeking a General Manager to lead all store operations at our retail location in the United States. You will oversee production, sales and human resources, build a high-performing team, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining product quality.
As the shop leader you will manage staffing, safety, sanitation, and profitability, champion a customer-first culture, and ensure the store achieves its financial goals and operates in line with Krispy Kreme standards.
