Job description
The City of Eugene seeks a Downtown Manager to lead the Downtown Plan initiatives, coordinating with City departments, developers, business owners, and community groups to foster a safe, vibrant, and economically vital downtown Eugene.
With 5+ years in project management or downtown development, the candidate will oversee programs, partnerships, and staff supervision, while applying equity principles and presenting to City Council and the public.
