Physician Opportunity: Direct Primary Care Practice in Jacksonville, FL

Practice Type: Direct Primary Care (DPC) - A patient-centered model focused on long-term relationships, free from insurance complexity.

We're a thriving DPC clinic serving families throughout the First Coast, including Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, and St. Augustine. Our approach delivers unlimited access to personalized, unhurried care through a simple monthly membership-no copays, no surprise bills, just direct doctor-patient connection. Inspired by local DPC leaders, we're growing fast and seeking a compassionate physician to join our close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness guidance.
Offer extended in-office visits, telemedicine, after-hours access via phone/text/email, and same- or next-day appointments.
Perform in-office procedures, coordinate cost-effective diagnostics, and empower patients with education and lifestyle support.
Work in a low-volume, high-touch environment with capped membership to ensure quality over quantity.
Collaborate with a supportive staff in a calm, physician-led setting.
Optional: Bring your interests in areas like sports medicine, integrative health, or weight management.
Qualifications
Board-certified (or board-eligible) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
Active Florida medical license (or eligibility).
Genuine enthusiasm for the DPC model-prior experience helpful but not required; training provided.
Excellent communicator with a heart for patient relationships; bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Desire for true work-life balance: no call, no weekends, no hospital duties.
