Job description
Amgen is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Product Operations - Measurement & Reporting to guide enterprise measurement across DPOM. You will shape strategy, standards, and dashboards, and partner with product, technology, and business leaders to improve adoption, maturity, and value realization.
You will translate the DPOM roadmap into measurable reporting, drive leadership-ready insights, and lead maturity assessments across the Digital Product Management organization.
