Your Role and Impact

No two days will be the same, but every day will be filled with meaningful interactions. As a reliable ally in early recovery stages, you'll be there for patients, whether aiding in balance restoration post-surgery or mentoring them through the journey of regaining function after a stroke.

This position is about personalized attention and impactful care — where knowledge and compassion unite. You'll assess individual needs, implement tailored strategies, and adapt your approaches as your patients evolve. Being part of a close-knit care team means you will also contribute to discharge planning and smooth transitions, ensuring every patient leaves empowered and ready for what's next.

The demands of this role are high, but so are the rewards. You'll witness firsthand the difference you make, bringing new hope and independence to those who need it most.

The city is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, featuring abundant parks and trails for hiking, biking, and kayaking. Weekends may find you savoring the local food scene or meandering through the colorful street markets. Portland's ever-evolving landscape brings together community and innovation, making it an ideal place for both personal and professional thriving.

Furthermore, the benefits of living here extend beyond cultural allure. Your professional qualifications alone do not define you. You acknowledge the healing power of movement, the strength in kindness, and the unique progress that comes from every patient's journey — whether it's taking a first step or running a marathon.

We are searching for a Physical Therapist who possesses clinical acumen coupled with emotional depth, thriving in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Whether you're a newcomer brimming with potential or a seasoned expert seeking fresh challenges, if you resonate with evidence-based practice and authentic human connection, we would be delighted to connect with you.
