Each day presents a new opportunity and meaningful connections. You will play a crucial role as patients traverse the early stages of their recovery, from assisting someone in regaining their balance following surgery to guiding an individual through the deliberate steps of post-stroke rehabilitation.

This position is about hands-on care that fuses clinical excellence with empathy. You will evaluate needs, apply targeted treatment approaches, and adjust care plans to align with patient progress. As a key member of a multidisciplinary care team, your contributions will be vital in planning discharges and facilitating safe transitions back into their homes.

While the role calls for precision and focused attention, it also rewards with invaluable fulfillment. In this space, your impact is palpable, and your care is transformative.
