What You'll Experience
Your days will vary, and each interaction will be significant. You'll serve as a trusted ally in the initial stages of recovery, whether assisting a patient in regaining balance post-surgery or guiding someone through the rigorous steps of post-stroke rehabilitation.
This role is both hands-on and heart-centered, merging clinical expertise with compassion. You'll assess individual needs, tailor treatment plans, and modify care approaches as patients progress. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, you'll also play a vital role in discharge planning and facilitating safe transitions home.
