Each day brings new challenges, and each patient interaction is an opportunity to make a real difference. You'll become a trusted ally during the critical phases of recovery, whether you're aiding someone to regain their balance after surgery or mentoring them through the demanding journey back to independence after a stroke.

This role combines hands-on work with profound human connection. You'll assess individual needs, initiate targeted treatment plans, and modify care approaches as your patients advance towards their goals.
