Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset

Proficient in digital clinical documentation and charting systems

What We Offer:

Competitive salary package that reflects your expertise and contribution

Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage

Opportunities for continuing education and reimbursement for licensure expenses

Paid time off and flexible scheduling options

A nurturing team culture with plenty of room for professional growth

Daily Expectations:

Every day is distinct, filled with meaningful interactions. You'll become a trusted guide during the delicate early stages of recovery, whether that's assisting someone to regain their balance post-surgery or supporting a patient through the diligent challenges of post-stroke rehabilitation. This role calls for an empathetic presence and a sharp clinical acumen. You will assess individual needs, deploy targeted treatment strategies, and adjust care approaches as patients progress on their journey. As an integral member of a collaborative care team, your contributions will be critical in discharge planning and ensuring safe transitions back home.
