Every day is a tapestry of different experiences — every patient interaction carries significance. You will be a reliable ally in the early stages of recovery, whether assisting a patient in reclaiming their balance post-surgery or guiding them patiently through the challenging journey of post-stroke rehabilitation.

This is hands-on, heartfelt work where clinical expertise intertwines with empathy. You will evaluate patient needs, enact targeted treatment strategies, and modify care approaches as progress is made. As a key player within a multidisciplinary care team, you will contribute to discharge planning and ensure seamless transitions back to home life.

The role demands attentiveness and dedication — yet offers unparalleled rewards. Because your impact here is immediate and your care has the potential to change lives forever.
