Each day brings new challenges, and every patient interaction is significant. You will serve as a trusted companion in the early stages of rehabilitation, whether that means helping someone regain their balance after surgery or encouraging a patient through the laborious path of post-stroke recovery.

This role combines hands-on care with heartfelt compassion. You will evaluate patient needs, execute specific treatment plans, and adapt strategies based on progress. Participating in team-based care, you will also play a crucial role in discharge planning and ensuring safe transitions to home care.

While this role demands accuracy and presence, it offers incredible rewards. Here, your impact is immediate, and your care can change lives for the better.
