Previous experience is strongly desired.
Ability to effectively treat patients with complicated medical and mobility challenges.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Proficient in digital charting and clinical documentation tools.
A competitively designed compensation package.
Comprehensive insurance coverage including health, dental, and vision.

Generous paid time off and adaptable scheduling options.
A nurturing team environment with growth opportunities in your clinical journey.
Every day in this role is unique and every interaction holds significance. You'll serve as a guiding light during the initial stages of recovery, whether it's assisting someone in regaining stability after surgery or providing support to those working tirelessly to overcome challenges post-stroke.
Your work is hands-on and heartfelt, where clinical skills intertwine with compassion. You'll evaluate patient needs, implement targeted treatment strategies, and adjust approaches as patients progress through their rehabilitation journeys. As a vital member of the collaborative care team, you will also contribute to discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions home.
This role calls for both precision and presence — and the rewards are immeasurable. Here, your contributions will create immediate impacts, leading to life-changing results for your patients.
