In this role, no two days are alike, and each interaction carries deep significance. You will guide patients through the pivotal stages of their recovery journey, whether assisting them in regaining their balance post-surgery or encouraging them as they navigate the road of rehabilitation after a stroke.

This is a position that combines hands-on, compassionate care with clinical expertise. You will assess individual needs, implement tailored treatment plans, and adjust your strategies as patients progress. As an integral member of a collaborative care team, your input will be critical during discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions back to their homes.
