Job Responsibilities

Engage actively in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to provide cohesive patient care
Qualifications
An accredited Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent credential
Licensure and Certifications
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Preferred CPR certification
Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory
