Your Role
Conduct evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings and craft tailored treatment plans
Administer physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
Partner with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to ensure optimal patient progress
Educate patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercise regimens
Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, and improvements, adhering to all facility and regulatory protocols
Engage in interdisciplinary care team discussions and conferences for cohesive patient care
Education and Credentials
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution or an equivalent qualification
Licenses and Certifications
Active state licensure as a DPT / Physical Therapist
CPR certification preferred
Possession of specialized credentials (such as neurological or geriatric therapy) is a bonus, although not mandatory
Essential Skills
Previous experience is highly valued
Ability to treat complex medical conditions and mobility challenges
