Your Daily Role

No two days are alike — and every patient interaction holds significance. You will serve as a trusted ally during the critical phases of recovery, whether guiding a patient as they find their footing after surgery or coaching them through the painstaking process of post-stroke recovery.

This role combines hands-on techniques and emotional support, merging clinical expertise with human compassion. You will evaluate needs, introduce targeted treatment plans, and adjust care approaches as patients evolve. As a member of a collaborative healthcare team, your efforts will be integral to discharge planning and ensuring safe transitions back to home life.

What this role demands is both precision and presence — but the rewards are unparalleled. Here, you will witness the transformation of lives through your care, making a tangible difference in real-time.

Situated in Chicago, this city is a vibrant tapestry where the Lake Michigan shoreline sparkles, iconic architecture rises to the sky, and a culture of innovation thrums through the streets.
