Your Daily Impact

In this role, each day presents unique challenges and opportunities for connection. You'll be a trusted guide to patients during their initial steps of recovery, whether it's encouraging someone as they regain balance after surgery or supporting an individual striving for gradual steps towards recovery after a stroke.

Engaged in hands-on, impactful work, you will apply your clinical knowledge combined with heart. You'll assess patient needs, execute targeted treatment initiatives, and modify care plans as they achieve milestones in their recovery. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, you also will play an essential role in discharge planning, ensuring your patients make safe transitions back to their homes.

The precision required in this role is matched only by the rewards. In Chicago, your contributions will have immediate effects, providing you with the unique opportunity to transform lives.
