Physical Therapist - Inpatient and Outpatient

Empower Recovery Where It Matters Most: Join Our Inpatient Physical Therapy Team in Fort Worth

Imagine the impact your work could have when it helps someone take that first pivotal step after surgery, regain their independence following a stroke, or recover their voice after a challenging illness. As a Physical Therapist, you will do more than facilitate healing — you'll restore dignity, momentum, and hope during times of vulnerability. And the place you'll do this? A region that's ready to embrace you and showcase opportunities for balance in work and life.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Fort Worth. This vibrant city pairs professional satisfaction with an enviable lifestyle. Here, clinical excellence is matched only by a community that inspires and uplifts. Are you prepared to create a significant impact that resonates beyond the clinical setting? This is your chance.

Conduct evaluations of patients in either an inpatient or outpatient environment and craft tailored treatment strategies

Implement physical therapy interventions that aim to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

Collaborate seamlessly with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Guide patients and their families through educational sessions on therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercises

Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress in alignment with regulatory and facility protocols

Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary conferences to ensure comprehensive care efforts

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

State licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification is preferred

Specialized certifications (for example, in neurological or geriatric care) are advantageous but not obligatory

Prior experience is highly preferred

Ability to manage patients with complex medical conditions and mobility challenges

Effective communication and strong teamwork abilities

Proficiency in digital charting and clinical documentation systems

Attractive compensation package

Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance

Opportunities for continuing education and licensure reimbursement

Paid time off and flexible scheduling options

A collaborative team environment with opportunities for clinical advancement

Every new day presents unique challenges, and every interaction with a patient is deeply rewarding. You will take on the role of a trusted facilitator, guiding individuals in their recovery journey, whether it's helping someone regain their stability after surgery or coaching them through the steps of rehabilitation following a stroke.

Your role will be both hands-on and heart-driven. You will assess patient needs, deliver targeted treatment approaches, and modify care methods as your patients progress. As an essential part of a multi-disciplinary team, your input will be crucial for discharge planning and ensuring safe transitions back home.

This position demands precision and engagement — yet offers immeasurable satisfaction. Here, the effects of your care are immediate and transformative.

While the nature of your work will be centered within hospital walls, the life that awaits you here extends well beyond those confines. Located in Fort Worth, this city boasts a rich tapestry of culture, where the Trinity River flows, and unique towns blend seamlessly into thriving urban life, inviting creativity and innovation at every turn.

Local residents engage in hiking along scenic trails, savoring barbecued delights, and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere at community events. Fort Worth is well-known for its art scene, historical richness, and warm Texan spirit. It's a place where ambitions are nurtured, ideas are cultivated, and friendships flourish.

In addition to its cultural embrace, Fort Worth offers practical benefits including no state income tax, esteemed educational institutions, and a reasonable cost of living that enhances your quality of life. Whether your passions lie in music, art, or the natural beauty of the surrounding areas, you'll discover your own unique rhythm in this energetic city.

From vibrant neighborhoods to historic charm, this is a region where healthcare professionals feel welcomed and continually evolve.

You're more than just a collection of qualifications. You recognize that movement is a vital aspect of healing, that empathy holds tremendous power, and that progress is worthwhile — whether it's taking small steps or regaining full mobility.

We're in search of a Physical Therapist who embodies clinical excellence, emotional awareness, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. Whether you're just starting your career or bringing a wealth of experience, if you appreciate evidence-based care, teamwork, and human connection, we're eager to meet you.

This isn't merely a job; it's a vocation. A role where your expertise intersects with purpose, and your presence creates real change. As a Physical Therapist in Fort Worth, you'll be surrounded by passionate colleagues, an engaging work culture, and a city that invigorates your daily life.

We're dedicated to nurturing your professional growth, broadening your skillset, and reigniting the joy of making a meaningful difference. Become part of a team — and a community — that inspires motion and progress.
