Each day presents unique challenges, and every patient interaction carries weight. You will be a guiding presence in the rejuvenating stages of recovery, assisting a patient in reclaiming stability after surgery or encouraging someone through the meticulous steps of rehabilitation following a stroke.

In this role, you'll engage in hands-on, impactful work where your clinical acumen merges with care. You'll assess individual needs, deliver custom treatment plans, and evolve care strategies as patients progress through their recovery milestones. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, you'll play a vital role in discharge planning and ensuring safe transitions back to their environments.
