Description

Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge procedures, and home exercise prescriptions.

Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure cohesive patient care.
Education
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited educational institution.
Certifications
Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Any specialized certifications (e.g., neurological or geriatric) are considered advantageous, though not required.
Skills
Prior experience in physical therapy settings is highly preferred.
