Your Daily Impact

No two days are alike in this role, and every encounter holds significance. You'll serve as a reliable guide during the critical early stages of recovery, whether by aiding a patient in regaining balance following surgery or encouraging someone as they take their courageous first steps after a stroke.

You'll assess individual needs, create targeted treatment plans, and evolve your strategies as your patients make progress. In collaboration with your care team, you're instrumental in ensuring smooth discharge planning and safe transitions home.

The position requires both precision and presence – but the rewards are immeasurable. Here, your influence is immediate, and your care can change lives.
