Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Educate patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge procedures, and at-home exercises to facilitate ongoing recovery.

Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress while adhering to facility and regulatory protocols.

Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to guarantee synchronized care delivery.

Qualifications:

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.

Expertise in treating patients with intricate medical and mobility challenges.

Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities.

Proficiency with digital record-keeping and clinical documentation applications.

What We Offer:

A competitive compensation package that reflects your expertise.

Comprehensive benefits encompassing health, dental, and vision coverage.

Opportunities for professional development, including continuing education and reimbursement for licensure.

Paid time off along with flexible scheduling to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

A supportive team environment fostering growth and clinical advancement.

A Day in Your Life:

Each day brings new and impactful experiences as a trusted guide in the early phases of recovery. Whether you're assisting a patient in regaining balance post-surgery or mentoring someone tackling the obstacles of post-stroke rehabilitation, your role is hands-on and heart-centered.
