Job Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment strategies
Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional ability
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, social workers, and rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes
Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and at-home exercise protocols
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Engage in interdisciplinary care team meetings and rounds to ensure cohesive patient care
Qualifications
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
Licensure and Certifications
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
Preferred: CPR certification
Optional specialized certifications (neurological, geriatric) welcome but not mandatory

Previous clinical experience, particularly in complex cases, is preferred
