DPT Physical Therapist

MLR is excited to partner with a prestigious 5-Star Physical Therapy clinic to find a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join their outstanding team. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to rehabilitation and excel in a supportive, state-of-the-art environment, collaborating with a team of professionals committed to delivering the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.

Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications for a Physical Therapist:

Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Epic experience needed.

Must have OASIS documentation abilities.

Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey or eligibility to obtain licensure.

BLS Certification required.

Physical Therapist Benefits:
